All of the rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom and all common facilities. Safety deposit boxes are available upon prior arrangement.

The bar in the Quai des Princes is open to enjoy fresh or hot drinks on its terrace, overlooking Cap d'Ail Port.

Near to the residence, you will find restaurants, beaches, tennis, a shopping centre, the Monaco Royal Palace, the Port of Monaco and the Exotic Garden.
A very fascinating town. The principality of Monaco is situated a few metres from the residence, offering a multitude of museums, gardens, wildlife and aquatic parks.

Access to the residence: Head in the direction of Port of Cap d' Ail (near Fontvieille).
By road: Take the A8 motorway from Monaco.
By train: Monaco Station.
By air: Nice Airport (30 kilometres).
By helicopter: Monaco Heliport in 2 minutes on foot. The Nice-Monaco route can be taken in 6 minutes.
